- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a billing "dispute". I misread the bill and send short paid by $5.00. Got the next bill, which had a finance charge on it - discovered my error and paid the bill. Their A/P person said thanks so much we will take care of the finance charge. Fast forward 6 months. I continue to get monthly finance charges - I call them each month - they apologize each month - nothing happens. Talked to a very insistent woman today who said that no one ever promised that they would take any charges off and if I didn't have names there was nothing to be done. They would "settle" if I sent in an addition $5.00. I told that I was very sorry that their business was so bad they needed my $5.00 bucks and chased me for 6 months.
